As a designer, I love this question. It sits at the center of everything I do. When we peel away the layers of influence—the inherited decor, the external opinions, the media inputs—we meet the raw, sovereign self. And that’s who I design for.
I’ve spent my life immersed in environments. I know for certain: the environment changes the person, in short, the gene. Science, through epigenetics, tells us that it’s not just the genetic code that shapes us—it’s the signal. And that signal can be internal or external. The way you live, where you live, and how that place resonates with who you are… it matters.
So I ask—what if the outer environment could influence our inner world in a way that actually elevates us? What if it could help us remember who we are?
Why am I pondering all of this? Because the world right now is full of noise—more than ever before. Constant input. Scrolling, clicking, comparing, reacting. I remember when I was five years old, sitting cross-legged on the floor in front of a black-and-white console TV. It was a sacred moment—our entire family gathered to watch the funeral of JFK. His picture was, quite literally, on the wall next to Jesus in my Irish grandmother’s house. That moment marked the beginning of an era of information overload—an exponential swell of imagery, messaging, and static.
Today, more than ever, it’s essential to tune into your own signal. Your sovereignty. Your truth.
My mission has always been to support and facilitate internal change through changing your environment, starting on the inside. I used to describe it as “changing people’s insides.” Over the years, my language has evolved, but the intention has not. I want your soul to sing in the space you inhabit.
We wake up each morning and we choose—whether we know it or not—who we will be that day. Will we go inward and reconnect with our essence, or will we allow the outside world to define us?
It’s not always easy. Maybe time helps, maybe experience. Or maybe it’s a deepening relationship with self that gives us that clarity. For me, designing interiors was always about anchoring myself on Earth. From a young age, I noticed that the objects, the colors, the light around me—they changed me. Whether that awareness came from chaos or intuition, it gave me insight: we need environments that support who we truly are, not who the world wants us to be.
I’ve always loved notebooks—my mind was full, always buzzing. My brother had a sketchbook, and he captured worlds in his drawings. I used tabs, color codes, indicators—tiny anchors in the chaos. And this is how I think about homes. Little cues. Little reminders. Each choice, a whisper to your nervous system: you are home.

Design starts when you open your eyes. Literally. That moment of waking—what do you see? What do you feel? Is your space helping you step into your most aligned self? Or is it echoing someone else’s story?
Design isn’t just about beauty. It’s about alignment. It’s about giving yourself permission to rest, to dream, to create, to rise. Each room in your home should remind you of your sovereign self—not through luxury, but through resonance.
Here’s how intentional design can bridge your inner and outer worlds:
Sacred Geometry in Spatial Flow: Arranging spaces using natural patterns like the Golden Ratio or the Fibonacci sequence helps your body and brain feel instantly at ease. There is a deep intelligence in form. You don’t need to understand the math—your cells already do.
Vibrational Materials: Natural materials like clay, linen, raw wood, salt, and stone carry frequencies that ground and nourish you. Synthetic materials can dull or disrupt those signals. Choosing what you touch is choosing how you feel.
The Portal Effect: Entryways are not just functional. They are energetic thresholds. What if your doorway invited you into your next level self every time you crossed it?
Memory Markers: Thoughtfully curated objects—photos, art, heirlooms—can become soul markers. Not just decor, but identity anchors. Not clutter, but clarity.
Restorative Color Psychology: Soft, supportive hues in bedrooms or meditation spaces signal your nervous system to calm down, just as bright, stimulating palettes can energize a creative space. Color speaks when you don’t.
Circadian Lighting: Lighting that shifts with the rhythm of the day reminds your biology that it’s safe to be human. That it’s time to rise, to work, to rest. You become more you when light is aligned.
When we design from this level—from soul, from science, from story—we change more than a space. We change lives.

PS If you would like to design together please let me know and we can set up a free consultation and see if we are a good fit. We work worldwide virtually and have successfully coordinated with many teams in many areas. We have a great team in Raleigh, NC- CT- South Florida to name a few…

First, we talk about what you like and what you need. Then we make a plan to help your space look better and work better for your life. We show you ideas, help pick things like colors and furniture, and take care of the little details so you don’t have to worry.
You can start with just one room if you want! Many people begin with a room that needs the most help, like the living room or bedroom. Later, we can work on more areas when you’re ready. We make each space feel fresh and connected to the rest of your home.
We learn about your taste, what colors make you happy, and how you want your home to feel. Then we create a design that fits you perfectly. You get to see pictures and ideas before anything is bought, so everything feels just right.
Yes! We love using your favorite pieces and making them shine. We can mix your old things with new ones to give your space a fresh look without starting from scratch.
We have different packages depending on what you need. Some people just want help picking colors or arranging furniture, while others want a full makeover. We’ll talk about your budget and help you get the most value out of every dollar.
It depends on the project. A simple room update can take a few days or weeks, while a full-home design takes longer. Don’t worry—we’ll give you a clear timeline and keep you updated every step of the way.
Only if you want to be! We’re happy to guide you and handle the hard parts. You’ll get to see choices and give feedback, but we’ll take care of the heavy lifting so you can relax and enjoy the results.
That’s okay! We show you ideas, colors, and layouts before we start, so you can feel confident. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll adjust it. Our goal is to make sure you’re 100% happy with your space.
